The Dains Group has acquired Curo, a Worcestershire professional services practice known for delivering audit, tax, accounting and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients, for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2005 by Anna Madden and Julia Gallagher, who first met whilst working together at a ‘Big Four’ firm, Curo enhances Dains’ capabilities in areas traditionally associated with much larger firms, whilst complementing its focus on clarity and client service.
The Curo team, based in Bromsgrove, will continue to operate under the leadership of Anna Madden (head of Audit) and Julia Gallagher (head of Tax) after 20 years at the helm.
