Independent advisory firm Evolve Corporate Finance has announced the promotion of Tom Hammond to partner, as part of its plans to expand its senior team and build on a strong pipeline of deals.
Hammond joined the Birmingham-based firm in 2024 as a director. A qualified chartered accountant, he previously worked in corporate finance and accountancy roles across the Midlands, including at EY.
Since joining Evolve, he has advised on several transactions across different sectors.
The promotion follows the firm’s relocation to the Arca building on Temple Row in Birmingham city centre as it prepares to recruit further staff in 2025.
David Neate, partner at Evolve Corporate Finance, said: “Tom has had a significant impact on the firm and our clients since joining, and we are delighted to see him move into a more senior role. His expertise on sell and buy side transactions and ability to support clients in securing a positive outcome are exceptional.”
Hammond added: “The firm is on an exciting journey as we continue to grow our team, capabilities, and brand in the corporate finance advisory space, supporting the owner-managed market.”
