PrimeGlobal has recorded its highest-ever levels of member satisfaction and geographical growth in the 2024/25 financial year, alongside a 19% increase in combined revenue.
The professional services association reported an 88% member satisfaction score and a net promoter score of +43. Average revenue per firm rose by more than 15%, with the Asia Pacific region leading growth at 61%.
PrimeGlobal expanded into seven new countries, bringing its total to 316 member firms operating in 1,271 locations with more than 53,000 staff.
PrimeGlobal said it remains the only association to undertake a fully independent global annual survey and uses feedback to shape its strategic direction.
In response to demand for greater knowledge-sharing on artificial intelligence and automation, the group launched new partnerships with Suralink and Datasnipper, offering members exclusive benefits.
It also plans to roll out a new app to support community forums, resource sharing and cross-border collaboration.
