TC Group has announced that it has acquired Haines Watts Derby, Nottingham and Audit East Midlands.
These offices will now trade as TC Group and will add three new offices to the group in the Midlands, gaining the support of TC Group’s national and international network.
Their integration into TC Group reinforces its national presence and expands its ability to support clients across the East Midlands.
This transaction continues TC Group’s successful M&A strategy having completed mergers with Farnell Clarke and Gibson Appleby in recent weeks.
