Advancetrack to launch 2025 Accounting Index
As part of the launch, Advancetrack is looking to ‘add the voices’ of even more finance professionals through its accountancy talent market research

Advancetrack has announced the launch of its 2025 Accounting Talent Index, following its inaugural index debuted last year.
As part of the launch, Advancetrack is looking to “add the voices” of even more finance professionals through its accountancy talent market research.
Last year’s index found that global skills shortages in the profession still persist, as three-quarters of the practice leaders surveyed said they were ‘significantly’ or ‘severely’ affected by a lack of skills in their business.
Advandetrack has expressed its determination to “support practices by providing access to flexible and skilled accounting resources”.
The Accounting Talent Index has a set of “straightforward” questions that have been designed to gauge professionals’ thoughts on their practice’s talent and resources.
Advancetrack believes that the more practice leaders take part in the survey, “the more comprehensive and accurate the research will be”.
The research will be launched at Advancetrack’s annual gbX Conference on Tuesday 13 May.
However, those that complete the survey can access it directly upon its May release.
