She has supported on several high-profile cases, including the rescue of Belper Leisure Centre.
Oliver said: “I am very thankful for the support I have received from Dean Nelson, head of PKF Smith Cooper Business Recovery and Restructuring team and I look forward to the next step in my restructuring career, continuing to support and advise clients in finding the best possible solution for their business in this difficult trading period.”
Nelson added: “It is great to see our East Midlands presence strengthened, and I am thrilled to see Emily’s dedication and hard work pay off after 15 years of being with the firm, in reaching this pinnacle achievement.”
