BTG Advisory, a business and financial advisory group within Begbies Traynor Group, has appointed Greg Forde as a partner in its Debt Advisory team, based in its London office.With nearly 15 years’ experience in corporate finance and debt advisory, the firm said Forde has a proven track record of “delivering innovative and tailored financing solutions”. 

He has executed over 75 transactions, developing significant expertise in complex European debt markets, banking relationships, and structuring.

Forde has previously led a Debt Advisory team at a major global advisory firm, working on complex European transactions, and was instrumental in developing the venture debt strategy at a Big Four professional services firm

Prior to this, he held senior roles at a leading international bank within the Debt Structuring and Syndications teams, working on a range of private equity and corporate debt transactions.
