Architecture group, Aukett Swanke, has announced the appointment of MAH Professional Services Limited as its new external audit firm, having accepted the resignation of its current auditor Moore Kingston Smith LLP.

Following an audit tender process, this process was part of a previously-announced £2m cost reduction programme.

In accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, Moore Kingston Smith LLP has deposited with Aukett Swanke a statement confirming that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of the company’s members or creditors.

MAH will conduct the audit of the group’s financial statements for the financial year ending 30 September 2024.

A proposal to reappoint them as auditors of the company will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

Aukett Swanke Group boasts a strong foundation in architectural services and is on a journey to become a London-listed provider of Smart Buildings and related services.
