Gerald Edelman has advised Kinetico Health on the acquisition of two UK-based musculoskeletal care clinics, Good Health Centre and The Waldegrave Clinic.
Established in 1990, Good Health Centre specialises in the provision of integrated health services, combining conventional medicine with complementary therapies.
A family-owned practice founded in 1972, The Waldegrave Clinic is a multi-disciplinary practice that offers patient-tailored treatments in chiropractic, physiotherapy, and podiatry therapies.
The acquisition of Good Health Centre and The Waldegrave Clinic are the first acquisitions by Kinetico Health.
Gerald Edelman undertook financial and taxation due diligence and provided structuring and general buy-side transactional advice.
Claire Nesler, co-founder of Kinetico Health, said: “We are thrilled to be launching our group by partnering with two fantastic clinics which have been providing exceptional patient care for decades thanks to their teams of experienced practitioners. We appreciate the advice we received from Gerald Edelman and look forward to many more transactions together.”
William Abell, partner at Gerald Edelman, added: “It was a pleasure to advise Claire and Yoni on the acquisitions of Good Health Centre and Waldegrave Clinic. This is an exciting moment for the group, being the first two acquisitions. We are very much looking forward to seeing the group grow and prosper and Claire and Yoni execute their vision over the coming months and years.”
