Blick Rothenberg has appointed Rehana Earle as the new head of global mobility.
Earle joined the firm in 2023, having spent 17 years leading global teams at PwC as well as working at Deloitte and BDO Stoy Hayward.
Her focus is to help provide advice to both companies and their employees across tax, social security, payroll, pension and reward, as well as ensuring the right processes, governance and mobility strategy are in place. Over the last ten years, she has primarily specialised on technology clients from scale ups to global technology organisations.
She is succeeding partner Mark Abbs who will be taking a more strategic role in building the firm’s international business.
Abbs said: “I am pleased to announce that Rehana Earle has taken over as head of the global mobility team effective immediately. Rehana will continue to focus on building on the success of the team, ensuring we deliver an outstanding experience for both our clients and our people. Rehana is a highly talented and respected leader in the global mobility industry, and I am very excited about the future.”
Regarding her appointment, Earle said: “To be successful, businesses need the best talent and skills and that means people moving globally to locations where the right environment exists both from an economic and regulatory perspective.
“We have an outstanding and talented global mobility team and I am very proud to be leading the team as it continues to grow the work we do with our exceptional clients across Blick Rothenberg.”
