Fortus has announced the launch of its 2024 apprenticeship programme, known as the Fortus Academy, which is designed to “nurture the next generation of industry talent”.The academy provides an opportunity for individuals to build their careers, offering “hands-on” experience and training in audit, accountancy, tax and payroll. Each apprentice will have access to a dedicated mentor to guide them
The firm said its academy “not only equips apprentices with essential skills but also ensures that they are supported and mentored by experienced professionals throughout their journey”, with a holistic approach that enables apprentices to gain experience across a wide range of disciplines.
By providing a “structured, flexible” learning path, Fortus said apprentices can gain a range of qualifications that align with their career aspirations, including AAT, ACA, ATT, CTA, CIPP and Payroll administrator.
The academy is open to school leavers, college graduates, and individuals looking to make a career change.
