Claritas Tax, the UK-based tax consultancy firm, has promoted Peter Hully as its latest Tax partner, with effect from 1st April 2024.
Hully works with entrepreneurs and fast-growth companies, specialising in corporate transactions. Corporate transactions are an important part of the firm’s business: during 2023, the firm advised on 53 deals with a combined value of more than £950m.
He said: “Ever since I became aware of Claritas I knew it was a place at which I wanted to work. I’ve really enjoyed the last 4½ years working here; the team and our clients are fantastic. To be promoted to partner means so much to me, and I look forward to working in the new role.”
It said the latest wave of promotions by bolsters other key developments already made this year, including the opening of its Glasgow and Bristol offices in January.
