Chartered accountants and business adviser BKL has announced the appointment of Neill Ryder as its new chief financial officer.

Ryder comes to BKL with over two decades of experience in finance including 15 years as CFO at Away Resorts.

During this time he led the business’ multisite growth through mergers and acquisitions, product innovation and private equity investment.

He will be working closely with other members of BKL’s senior leadership team including CEO Lee Brook, chief commercial officer Simon Bussell and chief people officer
Greg McCaw.

Ryder said: “It’s exciting to join BKL at a time of dynamic and accelerating growth. I’m looking forward to all the challenges and learning opportunities ahead of me, as I work with my new colleagues to take our business into its next phase.”

Brook added: “With Neill’s experience of guiding significant growth in a PE-backed business, he is a very welcome addition to the team at BKL. As we continue our journey of growth and development, I know that Neill’s guidance will be invaluable.”
