TMF Group, a global provider of compliance and business administration services, has announced the acquisition of Premier Consulting SA in Greece. 

The acquired firm provides a range of accounting and tax compliance, HR, payroll and transfer pricing services. 

According to TMF, the acquisition marks a significant step for the firm, as it strengthens and expands its presence in Greece and Southeastern Europe.

Daniel Proychev, head of market for South-East Europe at TMF Group, said: “With its established presence in Greece and southern Europe, this acquisition allows TMF Group to offer its services and expertise to Premier Consulting’s clients and further expand its global footprint.”

Yannis Goussiakis, country director of TMF Greece, said: “This deal highlights the strengths of TMF Greece and represents a significant step for our continued growth in the country. We are pleased to welcome Premier Consulting’s employees into our family.”
