MHA advises Depotnet on sale to Everfield

MHA corporate finance team has advised on a deal that has seen high-growth field service management software provider, Depotnet, acquired by specialist software investor Everfield. Depotnet’s field service management software enables companies in the telecoms, utilities and infrastructure sectors to manage functions including job management, reinstatement, commercial management, conducting audits and inspections, and managing fleet, plant and other assets. Its customers include Openreach, Kier Construction, CityFibre and MJ Quinn. By partnering with Everfield, Depotnet gains access to both strategic guidance and additional capital to scale its operations, enhance its product offering and expand its market reach. The MHA deal team included corporate finance partner Andrew Feeke, associate director Robert Holgate, corporate finance executive Matt Ashall and tax director Hasan Hashmi.
