UHY advises on sale of JP Film and TV to Aggreko

JP Film and TV are the UK’s largest provider of power and lighting to almost all notable national events, from the Coronation to Premiere League matches

UHY Hacker Young’s London corporate finance team has advised on the successful sale of JP Film and TV, the UK’s largest TV and events power and lighting company, to Aggreko, the world’s largest supplier of temporary power and energy solutions.

JP Film and TV are the UK’s largest provider of power and lighting to almost all notable national events, including the Coronation, the Queen’s Funeral and the Platinum Jubilee. The business also provides power and light at major sporting events, like Premier League and UEFA Champions League football matches and major cricket and rugby games.

UHY team has worked with JP Film and TV for the past three years to prepare the business for sale.
