Carpenter Box opens new Mayfair office

Carpenter Box has opened a new office in Mayfair in response to what it calls an “ever-growing portfolio of clients based in the city”.

Located at 17 Hanover Square, the new office will act as a central hub for large international and property fund clients, with easy access to transport links including Oxford Circus and Bond Street stations.

It adds to the four existing offices in Sussex. 

Anthony Davies, partner and tax specialist at the firm, said: “This is a really exciting time for us. Mayfair is one of London’s most architecturally impressive areas. It is particularly prevalent in the real estate industry and where many of our larger property fund clients are based.”

Client service director, Sam Fisher, added: “We’ve always taken a collaborative approach when it comes to client relationships. Our new Mayfair office will allow us to take that one step further, bringing us closer to our London clients for regular face to face meetings to help them achieve their ambitions.

“A great number of our clients are also based off the M25 just outside of London, so they’re already feeling the benefit too. For us, the expansion means that we can continue working with a fantastic mix of clients, old and new, on a breadth of interesting projects and deals. We’re excited to see what the future brings.”
