French Duncan has announced that almost 10% of its internal workforce has recently advanced into more senior roles.

These include three people being promoted to director or head of department, one to senior manager, two to manager and three to assistant manager positions, across departments including entrepreneurial services, audit, corporate tax, HR, payroll, wealth management and hotel accounting.

In addition to the recent promotions, the firm has also welcomed 18 new employees since the start of June. They are split across hotel accounting (7), entrepreneurial services (4), payroll, corporate tax, administration, audit and our robotic process automation business FD intelligence.

The company said: “The internal development and promotion of our staff reflects the hard work and commitment they have demonstrated, not only within the firm but externally to our clients too. As a firm, we’re committed to nurturing and developing our people within the business, and this is reflected in the progression of many of our employees.”
