The keynote presentation will be by HMRC’s Govinder Saimbhi, External Stakeholder Lead on MTD. She’ll guide you through practical steps companies can take to make a successful transition to MTD, offering strategic insights from HMRC perspective. The accountants’ side of MTD will be covered in expert discussions with Lucy Cohen and Will Farnell. Lucy Cohen is co-founder of Mazuma as well as an author, leader and change advocate with 19 years of experience in the accounting industry. Will Farnell is the founder and director of the multi-award-winning Farnell Clarke LTD. He is an expert in SME accountancy and business advisory services, helping practices to develop and grow. Currently she has been working on developing both MTD VAT and MTD ITSA communication strategies to prepare and inform businesses of upcoming MTD mandation and the requirements needed to meet Tax obligations. Lucy Cohen, Mazuma: Lucy Cohen - Lucy is the founder of Mazuma, offering accounting services to success-driven businesses. Her first book, The Millenial Renaissance, published in 2017, met with broad acclaim.
