BHP secures KPMG audit chair as new board member
Michelle Hinchliffe will retire from KPMG in February 2022 before joining the board where she will also become a member of the risk and audit committee effective 1 March 2022
Mining group BHP has announced the appointment of the UK chair of audit for KPMG, Michelle Hinchliffe to its board as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 March 2022.
