Page Kirk, a Nottingham-based accountancy practice, has named Jack Moore and James Haywood as partners at the firm.

The appointment of Moore and Haywood has been attributed to a recognition of their commercial awareness and leadership skills.

Joining the group first through a placement scheme in 2011 and then a graduate scheme in 2013, Haywood was promoted to assistant manager and then manager at the group in 2020.

Haywood specialises in the accounts and audits for the charity and not-for-profit industry, as well as working with Page Kirk’s other business clients.

He said that he is “delighted” to have been given the opportunity to act as “one of the leaders of the firm”.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, Moore was most recently promoted to cloud accounting manager last year.

He said: “This is an exciting time for the accountancy industry in general, with the ever-more rapid advancement of new technologies redefining how effectively businesses are able to look after their accounts and utilise their business data.

“To be given a platform where I can help shape the firm’s direction over the coming years is a fantastic challenge which I fully intend to make the most of.”
