TC Group merges with The Company Books

The firm said the latest merger consolidates TC’s position as “one of the UK’s fastest-growing accountancy practices”, as it further expands its presence in the South of England

TC Group has announced it has merged with London-based accountancy practice, The Company Books.
The firm said the latest merger consolidates TC’s position as “one of the UK’s fastest-growing accountancy practices”, as it further expands its presence in the South of England.

Founded in 1992, The Company Books is a management accountancy practice, which provides bookkeeping and business accounting services.

The Company Books owners, Joy Cantlon and Paul de Vryer, said they believe the firm’s clients will “benefit hugely” from TC’s “comprehensive service offering”.

Jim Norrington and Miles Auckland, partners at TC Group, said: “The Company Books is a well-established and highly regarded accountancy practice based in London known for their commitment to building strong working relationships and providing a first-class service to their clients.

“Having joined TC, The Company Books have provided us with another major boost to our representation across the country and enhanced our ability to service clients across the South of England.”

They added that this merger represents TC’s strategy of joining forces with “progressive firms” who wish to merge and provide a “comprehensive range” of professional services to their clients.”
