Deloitte has announced the appointment of Ewa Bielecka to its Value Creation Services (VCS) team.
Bielecka joins the team with immediate effect, focusing on performance improvement and cash optimisation.
With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Bielecka joins the firm from McKinsey where she was a senior vice president in the Recovery and Transformation Services team.
Dave Sharman, leader of Deloitte’s VCS team, said: “From strategy through to implementation Ewa has delivered all phases of deals and transformations.
“She also brings a unique perspective of ‘sitting in the client’s shoes’ from multiple roles as CEO, CRO, CFO, PE professional as well as trusted advisor.”
He added: “She joins a dynamic team at Deloitte, which will only expand further as the fallout from the pandemic unwinds and businesses have to adapt to survive.”
