Accountancy firm JF Hornby has announced the launch of a new partnership with Harwood Financial Planning.
The partnership will combine Hornby’s accountancy business and financial brokerage arm with Harwood’s financial planning services. JF Hornby said that the new venture will create a “one-stop shop” for existing clients.
Harwood Financial Planning, which provides a suite of financial planning services, was established in 2018 by Ryan Woodhouse and has built assets under advice valued at £25m.
Woodhouse said: “Sound financial planning is an integral building block in terms of achieving financial independence, however many people don’t necessarily appreciate this.
“We aim to nurture a client’s investment portfolio over a period of time and give it the best possible chance of growth in line with their attitude to risk. In essence, we have the expertise to take the pressure and worry about investments away from our clients.”
JF Hornby managing director, Paul Hornby, said: “The new relationship with Harwood Financial is another step towards us becoming a business which offers a complete package of financial services for clients.
“We are local, we are accessible and we have expertise to rival any city firm when it comes to accountancy, commercial business services and now financial and wealth planning.”
