MHA MacIntyre Hudson announces merger with Keens

Accountancy firm MHA MacIntyre Hudson has announced that it has finalised a deal to merge its Milton Keynes operations with Keens Shay Keens MK LLP.

MHA MacIntyre Hudson said the deal with the Milton Keynes-based firm “further solidifies” the company’s position in the region, creating a larger office of nearly 100 partners and professional staff.

Keens partners Paul Davis, Mark Rayner and Liz Newell will become partners in MHA MacIntyre Hudson.
