Financial advice firm Progeny has expanded its team with two senior hires in order to offer tax services. 

The firm has appointed former tax partners of Mazars LLP, Adele Swaine and Tony Maleham as directors of the newly-established Progeny Tax. 

The expansion will bring financial planning, investment management, private and corporate legal services as well as tax services. 

Progeny also has four other business areas which include, Progeny Corporate Law, Progeny Asset Management, Progeny Private Law and Progeny Wealth. 

Commenting on her appointment, Swaine said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the first organisation to offer completely integrated financial and legal services.”

Maleham added: “Having worked in a large international accountancy practice for nearly 18 years, it is incredibly refreshing to join such an innovative and dynamic team.Progeny is the first professional services organisation with solicitors, financial advisers and tax specialists.”
