His prior experience also includes providing private equity and corporate customers with TMT sector advice. He also has knowledge of many technological verticals, including software, communications, digital media, and IT and digital services.

In his new role Harbison will work alongside Faelten, Salolainen and Dessay with a key focus on the fintech, software and managed services sectors.
Fraser Greenshields, EY UK&I corporate finance leader, said: “Jeremy, Amit, Mauro, Jack and Maurice bring a wealth of experience to our Corporate Finance practice and will provide much needed support to our clients at a time when many are grappling with capital agenda decisions in a challenging economic environment.”
