The manufacturer of Vent-Axia fans Volution has announced that it has switched auditor from EY to PWC.
PWC will take up the reins as the company’s auditor from the start of its financial year on 1 August 2023.
The appointment of PWC will be subject to a shareholders vote at its 2023 Annual General Meeting.
EY will continue as the company’s auditor for this financial year which will end 31 July 2023 and has been auditing the company for 10 years.
The company stated in an investor update: “We would like to thank Ernst and Young LLP for its significant contribution during its time as auditor.”
Volution is the company responsible for UK brands such as; Manrose, Airtech, Diffusion and Torin-Sifan.
The company also has a number of brands in continental Europe and in Australasia.
