Prime Accountants help US company with UK acquisitions

Prime Accountants Group has offices in Solihull, Birmingham and Coventry

Prime Accountants has announced that it has supported American company Specialized Bicycles in its acquisition of four UK-based businesses.

The firm advised Specialized on due diligence and tax structuring for its acquisition of three independent cycling stores and one independent cycling chain. Director Jaime Skelding was the main person behind the advice.

Specialized was founded in California, USA, in 1974 and has since grown into a significant global brand boasting many professional mountain bike riders among its sponsorship roster.
