PKF Francis Clark has reportedly become one of only “a handful” of accountancy firms in the UK to achieve the international accolade of ‘Great Place to Work’ following a confidential survey covering all aspects of employee experiences.

It is reported that the firm has a growing team of around 850 people and 54 partners across its eight offices located in Bristol, Poole, Salisbury, Exeter, Taunton, Torquay, Plymouth, and Truro.  

According to Great Place to Work, the firm has been working with companies of all industries, locations and sizes for over 40 years to “help build and recognise high-trust workplace cultures”. 

In addition, its research has reportedly shown that a high-trust culture at work means a better employee experience, while also providing a business advantage in this competitive economy.

Andrew Richards, managing partner of PKF Francis Clark, said: “I’m delighted that we’ve received this independent recognition as a Great Place to Work. The best thing is that it’s based on confidential feedback from our people.
