Deloitte has been named as one of The Sunday Times’ ’25 Best Big Companies to Work For’.

The award celebrates and showcases the very best practices in workplace engagement from some of the UK’s largest private sector employers.

Best Companies, the awards organisers, highlighted Deloitte’s new 1 New Street Square offices designed with wellbeing at its heart, donating £5.5m to good causes last year through One Million Futures and confidence in leadership skills of senior management as “great examples” of creating a great place to work. Deloitte were ranked first in the big companies list for being a workplace for people to “learn and grow” and second for “gaining valuable experience”.

Emma Codd, managing partner for Talent at Deloitte, said: “I am delighted that Deloitte has been recognised once again as one of the ’25 Best Big Companies to Work For’ by the Sunday Times.

“We have worked hard to create an environment where our people feel they gain valuable experience and can learn and grow. It was great to be acknowledged by Best Companies for our continued progress.”
