Crowe has announced the promotion of Justin Elks, risk, resilience and ESG specialist to partner in the firm’s risk consulting practice.#

Elks currently helps businesses to create sustainable solutions, add value and make a difference in complex regulatory environments. The firm said his promotion comes at a time of “significant growth and opportunity” for Crowe’s risk consulting practice.

The promotion will see Elks play an “increasing” leadership role in the practice, while continuing to work with clients, helping them to build “purpose-led, long-term” sustainable businesses that are able to achieve their objectives in our current uncertain business environment.

Elks said: “I’m excited to be joining the partnership. Crowe is a special, values-led organisation that I’m pleased to call home.

I look forward to continuing to work with our fantastic team to develop and grow our risk consulting practice, working in partnership to help our clients enhance strategy, risk and governance, build resilience, master data, deliver transformation and put sustainability at the heart of their organisations.”

Nigel Bostock, chief executive, added: “I know that Justin’s ESG and climate expertise will be invaluable to those clients; as will his passion for improving how the strategy, risk management, governance, processes and cultures of businesses work together to deliver value in complex business and regulatory environments.”
