Hampleton Partners, a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance consultancy, has announced the appointment of David Bell as director.

Based in the group’s London office, Bell will offer Hampleton’s clients with both financial and legal expertise.

With over 15 years’ experience providing investment banking advice to technology firms and entrepreneurs, Bell specialises in M&A, minority sale, and fundraising transactions.

During his career, Bell has supported a range of clients across a number of tech sectors, including enterprise and industrial software, health and medical technology, deep tech, marketing technology, and tech-enabled services.

Bell’s recent activity includes advising on the sale of Thoughtonomy to Blue Prism, and Dictate.IT to Clanwilliam.

He has also advised two funding rounds for growth technology companies in financial intelligence and cloud services.

Miro Parizek, founder and principal partner at Hampleton, said: “We are delighted to welcome David, a highly respected executive and M&A advisor, to our dynamic team.

“His appointment strengthens Hampleton’s capabilities in the cybersecurity, IoT, AI and healthtech segments, and he will support us with his broad network, technology expertise and business experience to advise clients in these fast-changing sectors.”
