MSB Accounting has announced it has joined the TC Group as part of a merger.

Founded in 2005, the St Albans-based MSB Accounting is a chartered management accountancy firm which provides service for all types of business and individual clients.

The TC Group said the latest merger “further consolidates” its position as the fastest-growing Top 60 accountancy firm and takes its total number of offices to 15.

MSB managing partner Mark Brooker said: “We are excited to be joining a progressive accountancy firm such as TC Group, which will allow us to enhance our existing services whilst being able to offer clients new services.

“It was important for us to find a partner that understood our core values and TC Group exceeded all expectations. This merger will allow us to drive the business forward whilst improving the environment that our clients and associates want to be a part of.”

TC CEO Richard Keyes said: “MSB Accounting Ltd is a trusted and highly regarded firm of business advisers and accountants who provide an outstanding service to their clients in St. Albans, Hertfordshire.

“By joining TC Group they give another major boost to our representation across the country as a whole, and, in our ability to service clients across the South of England.”

He added: “MSB’s addition to TC Group represents, once again, our strategy of joining forces with ambitious firms who wish to merge and grow. We are also very grateful to WJP Brokerage Limited who recognised the potential synergy between us and made the initial introduction.”
