WTS UK has appointed Katrina Sahlberg, Julian Broughton and Roger Holman to its senior advisory team to support its ongoing growth strategy.

Katrina Sahlberg and Julian Broughton have joined the firm’s transaction tax practice from Big Four accountancy firm EY. Roger Holman has also been appointed as a partner in the private client team, joining from industrial conglomerate GFG Alliance where he was head of tax.

WTS said the three new arrivals bring extensive experience in transaction tax and personal tax planning. The appointments come as the business seeks to expand its client service capabilities and market share in the UK corporate and private client sectors.

Sahlberg, Broughton and Holman will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering advisory services across complex domestic and international tax matters.

Announcing the appointments on LinkedIn, the company said: “Tax is a people business. The best advice comes from trusted relationships, deep expertise and sound judgement. Between them, Kat, Julian and Roger bring all three, with significant experience in transaction tax and personal tax planning.

“Together they strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and will be instrumental in shaping and building the business as we grow.”
