On reaching the conclusion of his term of office this month, Mark Armour will step down from the board of the FRC.

He has been a board member and non-executive director since July 2012.

FRC board chair, Sir Win Bischoff said: “I would like to thank Mark Armour for his significant involvement, important judgments and substantial commitment to the FRC over the last seven years.”

Following the publication of the recommendations by Sir John Kingman, the future size and structure of the FRC board and its successor body will be determined by the government.
