Accountancy firm TC Group has merged with Rochdale-based Wyatt Morris Golland in its 10th deal of the year.

The news comes after TC Group acquired Gateshead firm Laverick Walton and Dorset-based Elysium.
Wyatt Morris Golland is a Rochdale-based accountancy practice, established more than 60 years ago.

The firm has built a broad client base and extensive experience in advising both businesses and individuals.

Meanwhile, TC Group provides accountancy, tax, legal and financial planning services to business and personal clients.

Shiv Shah, mergers and acquisitions director at TC Group, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Wyatt Morris Golland to TC Group. WMG is a well- established, reputable firm servicing its local clients and communities in a strategically important region.
