FTS Recovery has appointed corporate insolvency expert Rachel Ennis as its new associate director.
Her role will see her heading up a new centralised team of insolvency and recovery advisers across the Midlands region of the UK.
An in-house hire, Ennis has worked for FTS Recovery and its affiliated company FA Simms and Partners for five years.
She most recently worked as a recovery manager specialising in overseeing corporate insolvency cases including liquidations, CVA’s, and company administrations.
Her latest promotion is the latest in a series of career progressions which have seen her rise from an insolvency case manager in 2020 to her latest position. As a JIEB licensed insolvency practitioner, Ennis brings nine years experience in corporate insolvency to the team.
Joining Ennis’ new team from within the FTS Recovery talent pool will be senior recovery executive Laura Bogdi, a 20-year insolvency veteran and MVL expert Keeley Skinner. They will be supported by new trainee hire Lucie Holmes.
Marco Piacquadio, director FTS Recovery, said: “Promoting promising talent like Rachel from within the FTS Recovery family is something we take very seriously. I am a firm believer that by providing the right support and opportunities to train, study and grow professionally we can give everyone in our team a platform to achieve.
“And as they reach their potential, so does FTS. Rachel has earned this promotion through her talent, hard work, and dedication to our clients. I am proud to be working alongside her as our newest associate director.”
Ennis added: “I am very excited to start my new role at FTS Recovery. My team is made up of some exceptional talent, and I look forward to everything we will achieve together. My FTS colleagues have been wonderfully supportive over the past five years, encouraging me to continue learning and growing as an insolvency practitioner. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for the part they played in getting me where I am today.”
