Dow Schofield Watts has appointed Paul Jesinger as director of modelling, data analysis and financial reporting in its business planning team.

A chartered accountant with 25 years’ experience, Jesinger has worked across the retail, utilities and telecoms sectors.

His previous roles include transformation consultant at TalkTalk Finance.

Jesinger specialises in automating financial processes and minimising manual input risks to improve accuracy and efficiency.

He has led projects across commercial analysis and financial management, underpinned by a background in economics.

The firm’s business planning unit advises clients in both the private and public sectors, focusing on business planning, financial forecasting, infrastructure projects and finance raising.

Jesinger said: “I’m particularly looking forward to improving processes and delivering meaningful insights that support better decision-making.”

Ellen Little, partner at Dow Schofield Watts, said: “Paul’s expertise in financial modelling, commercial analysis and data tools like Power BI and Excel will further strengthen our business planning team’s capabilities.”
