Pierce appoints Rebecca Bolton as tax director

Pierce Business Advisory and Accountancy Group has appointed Rebecca Bolton as tax director, strengthening its leadership team and expanding its tax advisory capabilities.

Bolton has a background in accounts, audit and tax compliance, with recent experience in complex advisory work including corporate restructuring, shareholder planning and share schemes.

In her new role, she will work alongside tax director Dominic Ball to shape the strategic direction of the firm’s tax services, build client relationships and support internal development.
