Accountancy and advisory firm Duncan and Toplis has expanded its North London presence with the acquisition of NA Associates.
The firm, led by Nick Antoniou and Stephen Hunt, is known for providing accountancy and tax services to individuals and businesses. Its team has relocated to Duncan and Toplis’s existing office in Finchley and now operates under its brand.
All NA Associates staff have remained in post and will continue working with clients, now with access to the wider Duncan and Toplis network.
Duncan and Toplis chief executive Damon Brain said: “We’re delighted to welcome Nick, Stephen and the NA Associates team to Duncan and Toplis. This marks another positive step in our ongoing growth and strengthens our ability to support clients from our North London office.”
Antoniou added: “Joining Duncan and Toplis is an exciting new chapter for our business. It allows us to enhance the service we offer while maintaining the relationships and personal approach our clients rely on.”

The move forms part of Duncan and Toplis’s long-term growth strategy and its commitment to service across the Midlands and North London.
