Dutch buy-and-build platform Your.Cloud has expanded into the UK through the acquisition of HDUK for an undisclosed sum.
With over 7,500 users, HDUK is a provider of hosted desktop solutions for the accountancy sector in the United Kingdom.
The acquisition represents the first step for Your.Cloud in the UK and an it said is an “important new milestone” in its journey to become the #1 MSP in Europe.
By leveraging the know-how and best practices from Your.Cloud, HDUK aims to become the value-added IT services provider of choice to its customers. Your.Cloud aims to leverage HDUK’s expertise and grow Your.Cloud’s presence through future buy-and-build in the UK.
