FRP has made three promotions within its Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory teams, as it continues to invest in its people and services.

Amit Bagga, based in the firm’s London West End office has been promoted to associate director within the Debt Advisory team, David Kola, based in its London City office, has been promoted to deal origination manager and Tom Pearce, based in the firm’s London West End team, has been promoted to senior research analyst.

FRP said these form part of a broader round of 30 promotions across its Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Restructuring Advisory, Financial Advisory and Forensic Services pillars, together with its case accounting and finance teams.

The announcements come after the firm announced acquisition of Lexington Corporate Finance (Cardiff) in July, followed by the acquisition of WilliamsAli Corporate Finance (Newcastle) in September. This strategic move extends its geographical reach into Wales and enhances its corporate finance offering in the North-East.

FRP’s team now consists of over 90 specialist advisers, including 25 Partners.

Jeremy French, COO at FRP, said: “These promotions are a recognition of the skill, talent and commitment of our team, as they continue to go above and beyond in delivering for our clients.

“This is an exciting time for our business as we embark on a new phase of growth, buoyed by new acquisitions that have brought even greater reach and further deepened our pools of experience. As part of this journey, we’ll be continuing to expand in our teams and invest in our colleagues and their career development, to support their own ambitions.”
