LB Group has announced the appointment of 10 new apprentices to its 2024/25 intake.

The apprentices will work across several of LB Group’s departments from tax to audit, as well as business advisory, and will have the opportunity to gain a range of professional chartered/accredited ICAEW ACA, ACCA, AAT, CTA, ATT qualifications.

Over the past 3 years, LB Group has helped more than 60 apprentices achieve their accountancy qualifications, including the Level 7 Professional Accountant apprenticeships, Level 7 Taxation and working towards being a Chartered Accountant.

Joining LB Group in September, and working across all office sites include Ollie Jarrett, Kalpesh Ambekar, Justin James, Mohammed Isam, Kara Golbourn, Harry Hodgson, Rachel Chubb, Sarah Anthony, Abhay Patel, Phoebe Stack, who will be joining the audit and accountancy client service line teams.

Patel, audit trainee, LB Group, said: “My first impressions of working at LB Group is that there is a well-established culture of support and teamwork. The transition from graduating to a full-time role can be challenging, but the staff at LB Group have made this transition as smooth as possible for me. The most enjoyable aspect of working as part of the LB Group audit team is the test of utilising my problem-solving skills to tackle challenging tasks.”
