Cooper Parry has welcomed over 100 graduates, school leavers and placement students as part of its 2024 early careers intake.

According to the firm, it received 8,500 applications this year compared to the 2,500 applications submitted for its 2023 programme. 

The trainees will be located across Cooper Parry’s UK hubs, boosting a range of teams from audit, tax and business services and outsourcing to corporate finance, finance and operations.

In addition, Cooper Parry has also secured a top spot in this year’s ‘Top 100 Global Inspiring Workplaces List’. 

Ade Cheatham, CEO of Cooper Parry, said: “I love days like this. These talented people are our future, and with so many applications this year, the standard is higher than ever. 

“We’ve made no secret of our growth plans for 2030 and beyond, and it’s exciting to see so many young people resonate with our values and vision.”
