EPFL to act as ACD and fund administrator for Cape Wrath

Evelyn Partners Fund Solutions Ltd (EPFL) has announced that it is to act as authorised corporate director (ACD) and fund administrator for Adam Rackley’s Cape Wrath Focus Fund. 

EPFL – formerly Smith and Williamson Fund Administration Limited – has a long-standing history of providing fund governance and administration services, and has grown to become an experienced ACD provider to UK domiciled funds. 

The business currently supports over 150 funds with Funds Under Governance of approximately £10bn.

The management of the Cape Wrath Focus Fund was recently moved to Dowgate Wealth.

As a result, appointing EPFL as ACD and fund administrator for the fund extends the firm’s partnership with Dowgate Wealth. 

EPFL already provides ACD and fund administration services for four funds within its existing range.
