D’Arcy Howard merges with SMH BCL Accountants
The new entity will operate from the existing SMH BCL Accountants office on Pavilion Business Park, in Lower Wortley, Leeds
D’Arcy Howard and Co, a firm of Chartered Certified Accountants in Leeds, has announced that it has merged with SMH BCL Accountants.
The merger took place on 1 July 2023, resulting in the formation of a new entity called SMH D’Arcy Howard and Co Limited.
The integration of the two firms brings together a “wealth” of expertise and resources to offer an extensive range of services from the newly consolidated office.
SMH BCL Accountants, which forms part of the SMH Group, has a longstanding presence in Leeds.
The firm has a team of chartered accountants, chartered tax advisers,iIndependent financial advisers, and legal executives, as well as specialists in residential mortgages and commercial finance.
The new entity will operate from the existing SMH BCL Accountants office on Pavilion Business Park, in Lower Wortley, Leeds.
