Mercer and Hole has recently announced seven senior hires strengthening its tax, audit, outsourcing and insolvency teams.
Among the seven appointments there is corporate restructuring manager Michael Quinn, who joined the firm in June from Evelyn Partners. He is an insolvency specialist having advised a mixed portfolio of corporate and personal insolvencies.
Senior tax manager Jenny Lazar also joined the firm in June from Saffrey Champness where she was a personal tax manager. She acts for high-net-worth individuals and their families with a focus on non-domiciled individuals.
Corporate and business tax manager Tashini Mootoosamy joined from the corporate tax advisory team at KPMG in March. She works mainly with SMEs in various sectors and helps with tax compliance as well as tax advisory.
Tax manager Yasmina Kreaa joined Mercer and Hole in June having previously worked at BDO LLP and Moore Stephens. She acts for both businesses and individuals and has a strong reputation in acting for international clients and businesses relocating to the UK.
Trusts manager Chris Lovell joined in June and is in charge of preparing, and reviewing trust accounts and tax returns. He previously worked at the Apex Group as a tax specialist and at Buzzacott as a trusts manager.
Audit associate director William Barraclough joined the firm in May from Evelyn Partners. He acts for a wide range of clients from SMEs through to private equity-backed high growth and AIM-listed business.
Lastly, outsourcing director Mandy Bagot joined Mercer and Hole in May from Silver Levene where she was its head of outsourcing. She supports a wide range of businesses but has a focus on the property and construction, franchising and ecommerce sectors. She also built and sold her own award-winning franchise business, Cloud Bookkeeping.
