Cowgills has continued to expand its tax team with a number of new hires.
Paul Cresswell joins from Azets as a corporate tax manager, Antony Seddon has joined as a trust assistant tax manager, following a similar role at tax advisory firm Blick Rothenberg and Graham Bevan joins from investment company Rathbones as tax manager.
The latest appointments follow the arrival of tax director Sarah Salton earlier this year and Jason Gauthier who has joined as a senior tax transactions advisor from EY, as well as a number of strategic hires across the R&D, Trusts and Corporation Tax teams.
A series of internal promotions have further enhanced Cowgills tax service offering to clients.
Head of tax, Lisa Wilson, said: “Our ethos has always been to deliver the best service that we can for our clients, and these most recent hires allow us to continue that work.
“They join at a really exciting time, just off the back of winning the prestigious Tolley’s Best Regional Tax Firm award, and we’re looking forward to achieving even greater success with them on-board.”
She added: “Our department offers an increasingly wide range of services, from advice for individuals such as trusts and wealth planning to corporate services such as restructuring, R&D, M&A and VAT, which allows us to give a full-service offering to our clients.
“Bringing highly experienced advisors into the business ensures that our clients continue to receive the best advice and the highest possible level of support.”
