Sage has announced the launch of its global managed services programme, which brings Sage Intacct to larger accounting firms with growing mid-sized clients worldwide.

Through this programme, Sage will equip its partners with innovative technology tools to help them streamline their operations, enhance productivity, and deliver improved client services.

According to the group, the programme represents an important step towards its strategic goals.

Eduardo Rosini, EVP partners and alliances at Sage, said: “Mid-size businesses are increasingly looking to accountancy firms and managed service providers to offer strategic advisory services and outsourced finance. Our new managed services programme provides a trusted partnership to help businesses scale by taking on bigger clients and offering higher value services.

“Over the past year, we have collaborated with early adopter partners and industry experts to ensure our new managed services programme delivers a superior partner experience.”

He added: “Whether our partners simply want to refer a customer to Sage, support them through digital transformation, work on finance alongside their customers or offer full virtual CFO services, our programme has a solution that fits their requirements.”

The programme has been launched in the UK, with PwC as the first early adopter. The programme is also available in Canada and South Africa.

Johan Jegerajan, partner and consulting CTO for UK&EMEA at PwC and global Sage Intacct alliance leader, added: “Our finance managed service solutions, powered by Sage Intacct, enable organisations to digitally transform and thrive.

“The combination of Sage’s market-leading technology, connected with innovation, automation and the deep industry expertise of our people, creates sustained outcomes and efficiency, now and for the long-term.”
